Thursday Night Activity

I would prefer to spend a night of low social activity with someone familliar than new. But between spending it with an old gf or buddies with potentially encountering new adventures, I m thinking of choosing the my buddies. Many things can happen when you are out with guys ranging from work opportunities to just getting laid or simply to getting drunk. Or, I could just snuggle comfortably with someone I know, under the covers, in a very cool room with much conversation and exertion. Which one will I choose? Help?
